Creating new nostalgia, Aja Fonte Boutique: The Shopping Experience is the latest addition to uptown Oakland, offering innovative, handmade products and the best in fashion for men’s and women’s apparel, shoes and accessories.

Poised to be Oakland’s go-to spot for fashion, beauty, and even a little R&R, the location is a prime spot for shoppers with variety in mind.  It is nestled on Broadway, near the legendary Paramount Theater.  Aja Fonte mixes handmade charm with the high-end fashion vibe, similarly found in Los Angeles and New York. The boutique serves the Bay Area shopper who has a distinct taste for hard-to-find designers like ahr.es.ihm, Cleo Cartel, and deeFind.  

Haute shoppers with hometown taste can also find local designers at Aja Fonte. “We give our local designers a place to launch their lines, so we welcome those unique and unseen pieces at Aja Fonte,” said owner Cleo Cartel who was attracted to the diversity in the area when she and her partners, Eyreka Ginn and LaLa Sweet, were seeking to open this new boutique.  

Additionally, the boutique offers a beauty bar and concierge services to cater to shoppers with busy lifestyles.  That’s right, a true shopping experience!

The boutique is open to the public Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00AM-8:00PM and offers a wonderful complimentary champagne bar!  Soon to open, a second location in July.  Expect Aja Fonte in Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, and New York between 2011-2012.
