Congratulations to Black Opal’s 2012 True Beauty Contest Winner, Joi Weeks.

As you know ahr.es.ihm makes it a point to celebrate confident, sophisticated, and elegant women. The three things that make every woman gorgeous.  And we are proud that Black Opal makes it a part of their mission, as well.

As the grand prize-winner, Joi will receive a $10,000 scholarship to further her educational pursuits in the field of cancer research.  She will also be featured in Black Opal’s marketing materials worldwide getting an all-expense paid trip to New York City to star in a photo shoot, complete with professional hair and makeup courtesy of Black Opal. Additionally, Joi will receive a year’s supply of Black Opal skincare and cosmetics.

Who’s that girl? Is she real? When I found this regal beauty in my dear friend, Roger Stillman’s portfolio, I knew that I had found the face of my “Sparkle” fashion editorial tribute, but I don’t know who she is.  And I need to talk to her, to make sure she’s real. LOL!
